Refund & Cancellation Policy
BRMP Leasing and Finance Private Limited (BRMP) does not provide refund & cancellation as we are a Non-banking Finance Company. We require a payment gateway to receive EMI from our customers.
1. Refund Conditions
Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded except in the following circumstances:
- Multiple times debiting of Customer's Card/Bank Account due to technical error OR Customer's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to technical error. In such cases, the excess amount, excluding Payment Gateway charges, will be refunded to the Customer.
- Due to technical error, payment being charged on the Customer's Card/Bank Account but the transaction is unsuccessful.
Note: BRMP does not provide refund & cancellation as we are a Non-banking Finance Company. Payment Gateway is required to receive EMI from customers.
2. Refund Application
The Customer must:
- Make an application for refund along with the transaction number and original payment receipt (if any) generated at the time of payment.
- Send the application in the prescribed format to customercare@brmp.co.in.
- The application will be processed manually. After verification, if the claim is valid, the excess amount will be refunded by BRMP through electronic mode in favor of the borrower. Confirmation will be sent to the mailing address provided. Refunds will be credited within 7 calendar days of receiving the claim. Depending on your bank's policy, it may take 3-7 days for the money to reflect in your account.
3. Liability
The company assumes no responsibility and shall incur no liability if it is unable to process any Payment Instruction(s) on the Payment Date due to any of the following:
- If the Payment Instruction(s) issued by you are incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, or delayed.
- If the Payment Account has insufficient funds/limits to cover the amount.
- If the funds in the Payment Account are under any encumbrance or charge.
- If your Bank refuses or delays honoring the Payment Instruction(s).
- Circumstances beyond the control of the Company, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural disasters, bank strikes, power failure, system failures (computer or telephone lines breakdown due to unforeseeable causes or outside interference).
- If the payment is not effected for any reason, you will be notified by e-mail.
4. Termination and Suspension
The User agrees that the Company, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate their account (or any part thereof) or use of the Services and remove all or any part of their account or user profile at any time, with or without notice. The Company may also discontinue providing access to the Services or any part thereof without prior notice.
